Christmas on the Palouse - Vendor Application

We’re excited to welcome local makers, small businesses, and vendors to Christmas on the Palouse, happening December 5th in Rockford, Washington! This community Christmas event is all about bringing people together to shop local, support small businesses, and enjoy a festive day in the heart of the Palouse. With vendors located throughout town, holiday activities, and plenty of Christmas cheer, we’re looking forward to making this year’s event even bigger and better. If you’d like to be part of Christmas on the Palouse, please complete the application below!

Event Details:

Date: Saturday, December 5, 2026 Event Time: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Vendor Application Deadline: October 1, 2026
Vendor Fee: $25
Locations: LaShaw Ranch Roasters & The Harvest Moon

Vendor Setup:

Vendors may set up during either of the following times: Friday, December 4: 4:00–6:00 PM OR
Saturday, December 5: 7:00–9:00 AM

All vendors must be completely set up and ready for customers by 9:00 AM on Saturday. Please plan to remain set up for the entire event. No tear down is permitted before the event ends at 2:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made with the event organizers.

Who Can Apply?

Christmas on the Palouse is intended to showcase handcrafted goods, vintage items, makers, and small businesses. No yard sale items will be permitted.

Vendor Fee:

The vendor fee for Christmas on the Palouse is $25 per vendor space. Your vendor space is not considered secured until your application has been approved and your vendor fee has been received. You can pay this fee with cash or check (Make checks out to LaShaw Ranch Roasters).

Rules & Regulations:

To help make Christmas on the Palouse a great experience for vendors and shoppers, all participating vendors agree to the following:

  • Vendors must remain set up until the event ends at 2:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Electricity is not provided.
  • Vendors must provide their own table and chairs.
  • Standard vendor spaces accommodate one 6-foot table unless otherwise approved.
  • Vendor locations will be assigned by LaShaw Ranch Roasters. You will either set up at LaShaw Ranch Roasters or The Harvest Moon.
  • Vendors should arrive with adequate change and/or their own method of accepting payment. Event organizers will not be able to provide change.
  • Each vendor is responsible for keeping their assigned area clean and removing all trash before leaving.
  • Vendors and their employees are expected to maintain an appropriate and professional appearance. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.
  • Smoking is not permitted on the grounds of LaShaw Ranch Roasters.
  • Pricing, payment terms, returns, and all other transactions are solely between the vendor and the customer.
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax.
  • Vendors are responsible for the products they display, market, and sell.
  • LaShaw Ranch Roasters, The Harvest Moon, and participating property owners are not responsible for injury, theft, loss, or damage occurring before, during, or after the event.
  • Vendors agree to hold LaShaw Ranch Roasters, The Harvest Moon, and participating property owners harmless from claims arising from the vendor's participation, products, displays, or sales.

By submitting the vendor application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow the Christmas on the Palouse vendor rules and regulations.
