White coffee is roasted for less than half the time of regular coffee, giving it a light, almost whitish color. Because it spends less time in the roaster, it retains more caffeine, making it a stronger pick-me-up than your typical cup.

One unique thing about white coffee is its density. Since the beans are roasted for a shorter time, they are incredibly dense and hard—so hard that it requires a commercial grinder to grind them. That’s why we sell it pre-ground, specifically ground for espresso machines.

And here’s a fun fact: Unlike regular coffee, where you typically can only pull two shots, white coffee is so potent that you can pull four shots! More coffee, more energy, and a smooth, nutty flavor that’s unlike anything else.
