The cup that started it all

There's a story behind every bag of Lashaw Ranch Roasters coffee.

It didn't start in a trendy coffee shop or a corporate boardroom. It started the way most good things do — with a man, a garage, and a passion for an incredible cup of coffee.

Decades ago, the gentleman who built this roastery started with nothing but a roaster, some green beans, and the kind of stubbornness that refuses to quit until it's perfect. Bag by bag, roast by roast, he built something worth passing down.

When we took over, we made a promise — to honor what he built and carry it further down the trail than he ever imagined.

And now? What started in a garage is finding its way into homes all across the United States.

Every bag we ship out carries that history with it. Six decades of coffee knowledge, a legacy worth protecting, and a standard we refuse to lower — no matter what.

That's what we roast for.
