Here’s why: we roast within a week of sale, so you’re always starting with peak freshness. Our premium bags are foil-lined, with a resealable zipper and a one-way vent to let gases out without letting air in.

To keep it fresh at home, store your coffee at room temperature (never in the freezer). Make sure it stays in the sealed bag or transfer it to an airtight container, and keep it away from heat, light, and moisture.
